Acquisition strengthens GreenChem’s position in Sweden, Norway, and Finland and reinforces its commitment to reliable emissions-reduction solutions across Europe

Breda, Netherlands – [02/07/2026] – GreenChem, one of Europe’s leading producers and distributors of AdBlue®, AUS40, and sustainable emissions-reduction solutions, today announced the acquisition of Arom-dekor Kemi, a well-established market leader in AdBlue® and other automotive chemicals operating across Sweden, Norway, and Finland.

The acquisition marks an important milestone in GreenChem’s long-term growth strategy and significantly strengthens the company’s presence in the Nordic region. Following the transaction, GreenChem will operate through dedicated subsidiaries in Sweden, Norway, and Finland, reflecting the company’s successful operating model already established in multiple European markets.

The integration of Arom-dekor Kemi into GreenChem’s European network will enhance local customer support, improve supply security, and create new opportunities for sustainable growth across the Nordic transport, industrial, and maritime sectors.

“This acquisition represents a significant step in GreenChem’s continued European expansion,” said Guy Flochlay, Managing Director at GreenChem Group.

“The Nordic countries are among the most advanced markets when it comes to sustainability, environmental responsibility, and emissions reduction. By establishing a stronger local presence through dedicated subsidiaries, we are better positioned to support our customers with reliable supply, local expertise, and the operational excellence that GreenChem is known for across Europe.”

Supported by more than 50 production locations and a robust logistics network, the company delivers reliable AdBlue® and AUS40 solutions to customers across the transport, industrial, agricultural, and marine sectors.

The acquisition further strengthens GreenChem’s ability to provide customers throughout the Nordic region with secure product availability, local technical support, and access to one of Europe’s most extensive AdBlue® production and distribution networks.

Christian Lundell, Group CEO at AROM-DEKOR, commented:

“We are excited to become part of the GreenChem organization. Our companies share a strong commitment to customer service, product quality, and sustainable development. Joining GreenChem provides our customers with access to a broader European network while preserving the local relationships and expertise that have been central to our success.”

Customers of both organizations will continue to receive uninterrupted service throughout the integration process. GreenChem intends to retain local operations and expertise while leveraging its broader European infrastructure, logistics capabilities, and production footprint.

The Nordic region plays an increasingly important role in Europe’s transition toward lower emissions and sustainable transport solutions. Through this acquisition, GreenChem strengthens its ability to support customers in achieving environmental compliance and operational efficiency while contributing to broader sustainability objectives across the region.

“At GreenChem, our ambition is not only to grow geographically but also to become the preferred long-term partner for our customers,” added Guy Flochlay
